Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped out via UPS or Fed Ex. Orders are normally sent out the same day as long as the order is in stock, customer information can be verified and the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. (pacific standard time). A sales representative will call or email if any item is out of stock and cannot ship same day.
All products come with a 30-day or manufactures warranty. With the exception of tanks and electronic components, you may return any item for a refund within 15 days of receipt of your order, as long as the item is in its original condition or exchange up to 30 days. If the item is not defective or sent to you in error and you feel the need to return it there may be a 15% restocking fee. We will refund freight charges if the return is because of a manufacturing defect or as a result of an error on our behalf.
If a return must be made, please contact our sales office at so that an RMA can be issued. You can also use our email contact form located on our website at Contact us to initiate a return process. Please provide the customer name, order number, date of purchase and a reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
